COVID – 19 UPDATE
Firstly this is an ever changing situation as we all know, so I will of course follow advice and update this page as often as needed. I am very much business as usual until we are guided otherwise. Not only is this my passion, but it’s my livelihood too, and as any small business owner will tell you, we’ll keep going until the fat lady sings. Please be assured that safety is my number 1 priority when looking after you and your family (as it is normally).
Because I work closely with newborns, small children and pregnant women, it is my duty to ensure all clients are protected during their photo session with me. Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, I have introduced some extra safety measures, in addition to my current measures.
The studio will be cleaned before and after each session and all door handles, tables and items you are likely to come in to contact with will be cleaned and wiped with an antibacterial solution.
I will avoid hand shaking, and will wear a mask when posing baby for extra precaution. Of course should I start to feel any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19, then I will close the studio for two weeks and you will be invited to rearrange your session after this.
All clients must adhere to this prep guide prior to and during their session with me, which I’m sure you will understand. Please do read and follow the prep guide below, and don’t hesitate to reply if you have any questions.
If you or your child have been in contact with anyone with a cough or fever or if you feel unwell (even mildly) before your session, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I understand this may be an inconvenience, but it is of utmost importance that I do not allow a virus into the studio at this time due to the vulnerable condition of my other clients.
Please ensure you wash your hands well for at least 20 seconds before leaving your house.
Please bring your own snacks/food/drinks to eat during the session, I will however provide bottled water.
You will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival at my studio.
You will be asked to remove your shoes and coat at the door upon arrival.
Contact will be minimal and hand shaking is not recommended.
If you feel the need to cough, please do so into one of the tissues provided and place immediately into the bin.
DURING THE SESSION and AFTER THE SESSION:
If you become unwell within 7 days after your session, please let me know immediately even if you feel it is only mild. Please note: If anyone attending the session appears to have a cough, fever or other symptoms of a virus, I will need to ask to postpone the session with no exceptions. It is important to let me know in advance if you are feeling unwell so I can reschedule your session to another time. Thank you for helping me keep my studio a clean and safe environment for myself and all of my clients.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I am looking forward to seeing you!
