Service Description
Free consultation, up to 3 hours photoshoot, Private viewing session, one printed framed photo size 8"X6", one mounted print size 5"x7"(there will be an option to purchase more photos digitally and prints on the day of your viewing session). Newborn Photoshoot usually last up to 3 hours. Best time to book is before they are 14 days old and we take bookings from your 12 weeks scan onward. It is always the best to book in advance. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Ellie K Photography, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: Client Cancellations & Rescheduling •More than 48 hourse notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 2 days before your session, your deposit will be fully transferred to a future booking within 6 months. •Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Photographer Cancellations •If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Late Arrivals & No-Shows •If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be shortened to avoid overlapping with other clients. •If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, your session may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. •No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
